โSteff was really nice and friendly, and whenever we had a question or needed help they responded very quickly. Everything was great, especially the breakfast.โ
โOverall, good hotel and satisfied about ky experience in staying but this time, we had a broken hair dryer but their response is very poor as like not trying to understand guest situation and low service mind except this point , good breakfast and clean beds.โ
โOnly there 1 night but we were impressed with the quality of this hotel, surpassing already high expectations. We had dinner in the restaurant as well and the food was quite good. Definitely on the pricier side so we were happy to catch a night that was more reasonably priced. โ
