"The room itself is convenient enough for one night but surely not worth the price. The staff had no clue how to handle an online booking and almost left me without a room, despite booking weeks in advance and showing them both my confirmation text and email"

"This hotel looks quite attractive from the outside but the inside loos just modest. The registration area is confusing because it is not near to the front door. The staff are very distracted by whoever is in the registration area. The rooms were not as clean as I would have expected. My intercom phone was not working but the staff did not take time to fix it."
