"Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Air conditioning in rooms was poor. I slept with a wet towel to try to stay cool. Toilet in bathroom did not work so I awoke to a bathroom full of water. Engineers and housekeeping came 3 separate times to try to repair and clean."
