"Amazing site, spacious rooms, we had a his/hers side, each with own bathroom, TV, and balcony: one side for couch, other for hot tub and bed! Free water, Let's Be coffee and Aloe drink, wifi was great as well.
Manager very responsive, let me know site check in time was incorrect (arrived after 3pm), but allowed for earlier check in (usually 5pm I believe)."

"We loved that we had a beautiful view and that we got to bbq right outside our unit. The owners were very kind and helpful and gave us our space. What we didn’t like was that it is down a very steep and long hill and most taxi’s couldn’t come down to pick us up. "This hotel reminds me of luxurious Las Vegas hotels. The service is excellent from the moment you step off your vehicle when arriving for check in. The staff we encountered throughout the whole process were excellent.
The property smells and feels luxurious. There are many dining and shopping options nearby or within the complex. Our room had a wonderful view of the Lotte World Tower. It was spacious with wonderful amenities.
This is one of the top hotels in Seoul and the price of food onsite reflects that.

"Excellent when I say a five star hotel, I mean a five star hotel!!!! From the moment I arrived till the moment I left I was treated like a welcome and honored guest. The concierge service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as easy and as convenient as possible, they were ready with recommendations and were very attentive. I had never stayed at a Sofitel before I usually stay at Andaz‘s but I wanted to stay at a five-star hotel in Seoul that was so iconic. Literally next to the lotte world mall, it was extremely refreshing to be in such a luxurious hotel: my view, my room, the restaurants, the swimming pool, the spa the gym, the breakfast, the guest It was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this property enough."
"추측이지만, 장박 룸을 따로 구분하여 배정하는 것 같다. 장박에 따른 할인률을 적용하는 이유가 여기 있을 수는 있지만 호텔을 여러번 다시 찾아 오면서 발견한 경우라 다음에는 셀 수없는 창문뷰가 아닌 좀 더 밝은 쪽 룸을 사용해 보고 싶다, 장박이라 하더라도… 좌우간 이번에 사용한 방은 벽 페인트 상태가 좋지않아 약간 관리 안하고 방치된 창고같은 느낌이였다.
