There is a balcony with a fantastic view of the mountains and a stream. You can have bbq at the balcony for extra fee. It would be great to visit in the summer and swim in the stream! "The single room I stayed in was compact, but much more spacious than other single rooms I've set tayed in. Had everything I needed, even a big desk to work from. Breakfast is Korean style, which might not suit some western tastes. Lobby is basic and small, if that matters to you, but has hot and chilled water and a microwave you can use. Overall a great location near public transport that will get you anywhere in the city. Will absolutely be checking this hotel for availability next time I'm in Seoul."
