“Excellent customer service”

“What a suprise , I don’t think the this hotel was advertised well enough, a beautiful property in large well maintained grounds, friendly , polite staff, good breakfast and so clean, nowhere was overlooked, I will recommend and definitely come again.”

“The hotel is very well positioned to explore York being only about 5 minutes walk from York Minster. The room was quite large with a King Sized bed and a nice bathroom. There is also on-site parking.”

“If I visit Harrogate again, I’ll definitely stay here once more. All the staff are polite and kind. I highly recommend including breakfast in your booking — the staff at the breakfast area were also very friendly, and their warm service along with the delicious food made my mornings delightful. Thanks to this hotel, I’m leaving Harrogate with only good memories.”

“We really enjoyed this hotel, great staff and breakfast. Good location easy walk to attractions. Hope to return someday. Recommend highly. No lift, so try for lower floor when booking.”
