Everything was nice and clean felt very roomy with good space

Convenient location! Steps to the Yamanote line, and steps to the Metro (Daimon station) so that is great, but especially for easy access to the Haneda airport monorail. The Hamamatsucho stop on the monorail is the connecting station between JR line and the monorail so it’s essentially the starting point to the airport via monorail - an easy 17 min away from Haneda. Having a washer dryer in room was the other big reason I booked this property, and despite being right beside the train tracks, we did not hear anything at night. The property is brand new so everything was clean and modern and beautiful inside. The only small downside, is that there isn’t too much around the property in terms of restaurants / shopping / cafes. We admittedly didn’t explore too much as we were only there one night; after spending 8 days in Japan and 7 days in Vietnam, this was our stay back in Japan prior to flying home. All in all, a lovely stay and great value for the large room, in room conveniences and ease of transfer to Haneda.

Laundry facility within the hotel and specific rooms based on requests is a game changer. The staff were super helpful and gave recommendations when asked for! Rooms very cozy but still spacious

Exercise fitness room is very small and does not have any weights. Otherwise the property is very well maintained and beautiful.
