Buena atencion . Buena.comida sitio muy agradable buenos paisajes cerca al.lago calima se pueden hacer caminatas conocer cascadas en el rio bravo. Avistamiento de aves. Buena piscina etc

el lugar es encantador, lo mantienen muy limpio y sobretodo el jardin es espectacular, Se respira paz y armonia. No obstante sugiero poner atención en que el tinto, chocolate y demás bebidas calientes, las sirven muy frias. Igualmente seria importante que manden a arreglar la calefaccion de las piscina es un atractivo del lugar fundamental.

Sitio tranquilo, buen ambiente de relajación.

Es un hotel agradable, buen paisaje y buena atención. Buen amgiente de relajación. Como sugerencia, en el desayuno puedan adicionar sandwish como opción, debido a que los desayunos ofrecidos son con huevo y no todos los niños les gusta. La cheff sólo nos dió la opción de comprar un sandwish club pero que no vi que fuera ideal como para un desayuno. Sin embargo en el desayuno incluía jamón, queso. Con eso solo fue pedir un pan y armar el sandwish. La mesera se portó muy bien pero creo que faltó un poco de diligencia por parte de la Cheff para dar una solución fácil y sencilla. No lo veo como inconveniente, sólo como sugerencia. De resto me pareció un sitio agradable.

UN BUEN FIN DE SEMANA

Es un lugar muy acogedor, rodeado de naturaleza, permiten mascotas, al fondo se visualiza el lago calima, el personal es muy amable, se preocupa por atender al cliente, las habitaciones son limpias son amplias, tiene minibar, lo único que tenemos para objetar es que al desayuno le falto el jugo y en uno de los desayunos de uno de los días nos colocaron media arepa, le pedimos si por favor nos diera otra y la niña nos dijo que solo era una mitad por cada huésped y en la habitación solo colocaron 1 jabón chiquito para dos días para 4 personas, el papel higiénico también se acabo y toco ir hasta la recepción a traer otro rollo, las toallas de piscina tampoco estuvieron disponibles, el turco no calentaba lo suficiente, nos lo prendieron en 2 días diferentes pero nunca alcanzo la temperatura de un buen turco, tiene buena piscina , buen jackusi y ese si calentaba muy bien al igual que el sauna. Pienso que el hotel esta bastante bien y el lugar es excelente para un fin de semana o días de relajación total, lo único que ahorran en items que creo no afectan el flujo de caja o las utilidades pero si crean un malestar entre los huéspedes,

Estuvo bien.

En general estuvo todo bien. El servicio fue excelente, al llegar la habitación no estaba lista y nos demoró el ingreso. Por mejorar; plan pareja y ofrecieron una botella de “champaña” pero lo que sirvieron fue un vino de manzana demasiado malo, en eso puede mejorarse en servir algo de mejor calidad.

Al realizar mi reserva con trivago cancele el total con mi tarjeta de crédito y al llegar al hotel el chico de la recepción me dice que debo cancelar, me pregunta que tarifa me dieron yo tomé la tarifa de 40$ el chico hace la cuenta del cambio de dólares a pesos. El no tenía información de mi pago anticipado. Fue muy incomodo, finalmente le mostré código de reserva y me dio la habitación. A La chica de la recepción en la hora de la mañana le faltó amabilidad fue algo descortes conmigo. Pues con un señor que estaba allí no lo fue puesto que el es cliente y como yo era primera vez que visitava el hotel no lo fue conmigo. El mesero que me atendió muy amable. El hotel muy bonito

Habitaciones Hermosas, amplias.

Viajamos de vacaciones al Valle del Cauca, fue hermoso pero realmente nuestra mejor experiencia fue en Hotel MS la Huerta el paisaje mas hermoso que hemos disfrutado, abrir la ventana y ver ese espectaculo tan hermoso pájaros de todos los colores cantando , la vista al lago Calima la exuberante naturaleza alrededor del hotel...

Hermosa vista, buen descanso

No me fue muy bien, porque sobre vendieron las habitaciones y solo me dejaron una noche, y yo con mucha anterioridad había reservado dos noches. Dijeron que había problemas con mi tarjeta de crédito pero no fue cierto. Yo pagué con esa tarjeta. En cuanto a la comida, muy regular. Deben mejorarla. Hace aproximadamente un año estuve hospedada allí, y también encontramos la comida muy deficiente.

Hôtel near Calima lake

New hôtel with a huge garden, the hôtel is new ( One year old ) the rooms and the facilities are excellent with a nice swimming pool and sauna. We were at the hôtel during the week for three days , the breakfast were ok but for the lunch and dinner the menu was very limited, probably better to go during the week end when they are busy.
