"Ladies at the executive lounge are very attentive to guests' needs. Swimming pool and gym were world class. They just changed their beds and were too firm (almost hard like many hotel beds in Asia) but the room director assured us that they will get softer and plusher beds to meet guests' needs in future. So email them to arrange for plush beds if you need them."

"My partner and I stayed on the 10th floor in an Executive room which had club access during April 5th & 13th, 2026. Check-in was quick and easy as was checking out. Apple from the Executive Lounge was always smiling and helpful each afternoon and evening we spent there. We used the laundry service daily for one garment and housekeeping was immediate and responsive each time I called up. I'd literally put down the phone and there would be a knock on our door within minutes. The concierges were probably the best I've ever encountered. I read some reviews prior to the trip about issues with English but it wasn't an issue at all with us. Sometimes we used the translator but nothing that couldn't be solved. They booked Tiananmen Square and other attractions so promptly and nothing was ever an issue. The hotel is close to two different metro stations and has a couple of convenience stores located within the area. Wangfujing Street has all the shopping you need. The breakfast in the Atrium area is fantastic although you might spend a bit of time waiting for coffee due to only two machines. On our last day, the valet - Jack (Helianjue) was so helpful with helping us with our taxi to the airport. I felt sorry for the heavy bags he had to lift into the car. Sunworld hotel is right next to Sunworld Dynasty, but don't confuse the two as I highly recommend Sunworld Dynasty where I stayed over the other. Would stay here again next time I visit Beijing."

"The customer service from hotel staff at all levels (from the concierge, bell boy, check in staff, daily cleaners) was exceptional. The rooms were clean and modern and location was very central to everything. The Forbidden City (aka Palace Museum) and Tiannamen square was only a 10 minute walk away and Wangfujing pedestrian road was just on the other side of the APM mall across the street from the hotel with several metro station as options if metro is your preferred transport. Our stay would have recieved the full 5 stars had it not been for the sewage smell that we waft in the main area of the room every so often from the bathroom but this isn't the fault of the hotel but rather an infrastructure issue from the city's contruction as you will get that smell every so often when you walk past sewage drains in the city. The buffet option was excellent with a wide variety of food ranges from chinese food to western food options which was appreciated after 3 weeks of travel in China. Would definitely stay here again for the location, customer service levels and buffet option. "

"I book this hotel for my fiancé to her surprise, but when she went for breakfast, they said breakfast is not included, but before booking the hotel, I already included breakfast as well so disappointed I’m sorry about that I don’t like it at all."
