โExtremely warm welcome from Benoit to this spacious and comfortable house right opposite the Menin Gate in the centre of the town. The house is filled with memorabilia from the First World War. We were very pleased to join Benoit for the moving last post ceremony at the gate.โ

โFriendly staff. Pebbles (the Manager) was a delight. The home cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious. Room and facility were clean and tidy.

โThe Albion is the perfect place to stay to explore Ypres. It is quiet, comfortable and the rooms have all you need for a relaxing stay. Kettle and beverages in your room and a mini fridge with complimentary bottled water, a great shower and bathroom, spacious bedroom with comfortable bed. No aircon but even with the windows open it was quiet enough to sleep well.

โWe stayed here for 1 night and were really pleased to have chosen the Novotel. Not sure if it has recently been refurbished or not but our room was in excellent condition, very clean and modern. Ideally located for local restaurants and of course the Menin Gate daily rememberance.โ
โHotel 10 min walk to train station. Very close to Flanders museum & Menin Gate. Lovely breakfast, comfortable bed, great view from window, luggage storage and very friendly and helpful staffโ

โHotel Recour was without a doubt the best place we stayed the entire time we were in Europe. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, breakfast was a wonderful spread and the location cannot be beat. And that's not even mentioning the absolutely beautiful room with a large bath that was very welcome after the trek out to Poperinge!โ
"Parking excess was difficult and there wasn't previous info for the pin code. The light in the toilet was out of order but didn't changed even we requested. Sofa bed was not prepared even we arrived at 6pm.
There were only 1 person at the front desk and difficult to communicate in English.
Location of the hotel was good but other things were not recommendable."
