The hotel staff truly went above and beyond - Sherry, Troy, and Jack were absolutely fantastic throughout our entire stay. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine care for guests created such a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. The restaurant experience was equally outstanding, thanks to Tim who provided exceptional service. The combination of delicious food and Tim's professional yet personable approach made every meal a highlight of our visit. The room itself was absolutely perfect - featuring a cozy fireplace that created such a romantic and relaxing ambiance, and a luxurious jacuzzi tub that was perfect for unwinding after exploring Ashland. The private patio/balcony was an incredible bonus, offering a peaceful retreat where we could enjoy our morning coffee and evening conversations in complete privacy.
