“We were first given a room on the first floor, but unfortunately there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the hallway and inside the room. We requested a room change, and the front desk staff member kindly moved us to a room on the 7th floor, which was much better. However, the hotel overall feels outdated and could benefit from major renovations in the future.”
