Hotel is also in a location that is very accessible to the Shinjuku station especially to lines that were bound for Sanrio Puroland and Tokyo Disney resort. Not only that but the 7/11 being downstairs and attached to the hotel made late night food very convenient. I highly recommend and will sure be back to stay at this hotel. "

"Very close to the Sengakuji station which was incredibly convenient - it's about a 16 minute ride to and from Tokyo. The hotel is remarkably quiet and comfortable despite the ongoing construction outside. "

"room walls had stains, carpet was damaged, wall vinyls coming off, dents in the walls, light switch had to be replaced due to it chipping. house keeping broke a charger, which could not be replaced due to plug type. bed had to be remade again after housekeeping due to stains on sheets."
