The property is a bit old. The air-conditioners look quite newly installed but the capacities are not rightly sized to cater for the very cold winter especially for snowing days. Especially for first floor, there are two air-conditioners but even they are fully operated and set at 30 degree, the indoor areas like the bed room, toilet and kitchen are still feeling very cold. Improvement needs.

我是租用全幢民宿的, 但竟然把二樓的房間及廁所全部上鎖, 另外是有提供燒烤爐具但完全沒有餐具, 導致我買了所有食物回來也不能燒烤, 另外最嚴重的問題是連最基本的熱水壺也沒有提供, 簡直不能接受, 我絕對不會再租用此動民宿

入住前1天，業主才通知4人入住，不會開放2樓的房間，2樓所有房門連浴室也鎖上，1樓睡房很窄，沒地方放行李，胖一點也不能走進去，與訂房時所見照片和平面圖有落差，失望

超級好心的主人及舒適的民宿,讓我們度過快樂的假期

非常值得推薦的民宿,特別是在冬天望著窗外的雪景泡在溫泉裡很浪漫,主人非常好溝通迅速,有人情味. 不巧隔天早上退房時,大雪封路,我們包車的廂型車到不了由布院接我們,路上下雪也叫不到計程車, 主人很好心用他的車幫我們載老人家及行李到由布院車站,非常感謝

온천에 별5개를 주고싶고 그외에는 빵점을 주고 싶다 추워도 너무춥다가만히있으면 입김이나오고 이가덜덜떨린다 히터를 최대로틀어도 시간이지나도 따뜻해지지않는다 일본집이 춥다고알고있었지만 그날 날씨가굉장히 따뜻했기에 별로춥지 않을거라생각한게 바보였다 연식도느껴지고 군데군데먼지도 있고 다신안올듯 가족끼리 절대오지마세요
