"This is a bit run down onsen hotel but still has an old charm.
Onsen is, quite naturally, very nice. It has very open rotenburo (outdoor onsen). Only drawback is wooden wall which blocks lake view.
Dinner and breakfast, with buffet style, was just plain.
Overall, it is ok, not great."

"家族4人での年に1回の旅行で利 用させて頂きました。部屋はイメージ通り、以上の広さと快適な空間でした。3つある浴場、温泉はどこも露天風呂があり日頃の疲れを癒せました。また時間ごとにイベントがあり（温泉卵作りや温泉饅頭サービスなど）楽しみもありました。料理は地元の食材から鮮魚までとても美味しく、特に鮑の姿焼きは焼く楽しさと美味しいさでとてもよかったです。館内は上品で落ち着いた雰囲気でとても良い家族旅行の思い出になりました。"
