단점은 욕실 내부 환기펜에서 소음이 있어 잠잘때는 문을 닫으면 거의 들리지 않습니다 앞쪽 아파트 공사장이 있어 주의가 필요합 니다
주변 nc백화점과 유성온천 등 도보로 이동하기 편합니다(먹거리 풍부합니다)"
