"What a lovely hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were very large, clean modern and comfortable (we had a superior deluxe)breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Very well situated in the Jewish quarter 10 mins walk from station and 5 minutes walk from all the plentiful restaurants. 15 minute walk to centre. Would definitely recommend"

"I absolutely loved staying in this hotel. I am fairly regularly in Krakow but so far stayed rather in the old town. Hotel is still new and is located a short taxi ride from the old town. But be aware of match days - it will be a noisy and congested place where taxis may struggle to get to. Room was finished in dark colours and I absolutely loved the decor. Reception staff were very helpful."

"The Puro comes across as a modern, vibrant hotel, reflecting the area in which it is positioned. It is the type that uses tablets to control the features of your bedroom, positions its reception desk centrally, and makes coffee/tea etc freely available in that area, rather than providing a machine for each bedroom. It is all very hip, with the background music and an army of digital nomads working away on their MacBooks, principally in the excellent cafe and bakery. That scenario may not suit everyone. However, we left thinking it was one of the best all-round hotels we’ve stayed in. The housekeeping regime is the most efficient we’ve ever encountered. Breakfast is available in both casual and more formal formats, the bar is open long hours (till 1am on Fridays and Saturdays), there are numerous communal areas in which to chill and the staff are friendly and helpful. It suited us that we were away from the hubbub of the old town, but could easily walk there using the riverside path close to the hotel. We look forward to returning."

"Excellent hotel and great value for money. Would definitely recommend. The staff were very helpful and the food and service excellent. Location very good to both main square and Jewish quarters. Room very large with 2 double beds and large bathroom. Will be going back."

"Beautiful property…,staff very accommodating and helpful. Beautiful rooms….great shower. Wonderful spa…so relaxing and great food in the Italian restaurant! Also located close to the old town square…. With many shops and restaurants! Great place to stay."

"Excellent hotel, right on the main square, lovely breakfast cooked to order. Staff excellent, all very friendly, no problem making us a packed lunch for an early start for Auschwitz tour. Couldn’t fault anything 👍"

"I stayed at the Radisson RED with a friend for 4 nights. We are both manual wheelchair users so finding suitable accessible accommodation is often tricky. No issues at all at this hotel. Staff were friendly - getting back to me shortly after booking to confirm that an accessible room was available and reserved for us. Level access to the hotel and good lifts made getting into and using the hotel easy. The accessible room was fantastic; plenty of room for us to move around and the bathroom layout and facilities in the room were well thought old. The room was kept clean and tidy by the staff each day. We didn't use the breakfast/bar facilities but the options available looked plentiful. The hotel location was also amazing, around a 15 minute push/walk from the Krakow main train station (as well as bus options) making attractions in the city and beyond really easy to reach. There were also accessible tram stops nearby. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Krakow and further afield."
