โAbsolutely perfect place to stay before and after a visit to the Unesco Wieliczka salt mines. Astounding place. Great classic hotel excellent buffet breakfast, clean spacious rooms. Excellent parking. Can walk next door to the site entrance. โ
โI liked the Hotel Artur. I stayed here on a motoring trip around Poland. I'd visited Krakow previously so access to the city centre was not a high priority. Very convenient for motorways. Nice staff, nice room and nice restaurant.โ
โWe really enjoyed our stay at this property. Although itโs not walkable to main square & other attractions easy public transportation very close by. The staff was extremely helpful a special shout out to Olesia who helped me organize my tour to the salt mines, which was truly amazing. Great breakfast and nice grounds for walking on the property. โ
โThis hotel is in walking distance to old town and is on the edge (I think) of the historic Jewish Quarter. So much history to see as we walked every day (5) we didnโt have a tour. Husband got his fill of ancestor history and I got my fill of drooling over polish pottery.
The cleaners were quiet and efficient the restaurant was absolutely delicious for dinner. โ
โThis hotel is modern on the inside but has the Krakow style on the outside. Breakfasthad a very varied choice. Only a 2km walk to the Town Square. Lots of places to eat and drink , you will not be short on choice. Plenty of cafes for a coffee, pastry, ice cream to rest your feet as there are lots of sites to see. Hotel staff were very helpful before and during our trip. Would highly recommend The Plaza Boutique โ
"This hotel was a bad choice. My room had a internet problem then I informed hotel. Technician stay in my room over 30minutes he couldnโt solve any problem so we missed the time to have fun in this city. I didnโt get any solution. So when they went out my room they informed me that they will check another room for us. But later this hotel told me โreception has no internet neither.โ Sorryโ. Thatโs all. It means this Hotel didnโt recognize they lost internet during long time. Besides the towel has a stain. I donโt recommend this hotel."
