"Love this place, I've stayed here twice across 2 seperate trips"

"The hotel was lovely, nicely decorated and clean. The staff upon arrival were excellent and throughout our stay. The hotel is centrally located in the old town and a 5 minute walk from the main market square where many great restaurants and bars are located. You can walk to Wawel castle and the Jewish Quarter as they are not too far either. The room was spacious, clean and had the use of a mini bar, dressing gowns, slippers, iron and ironing board. The is also a laundry service. All in all a great stay in Krakow. "

"Hotel is well located in the Old Town, although entrance is easy to miss. Room was a good size and was located in a separate block. It was a quiet room, as requested. Although booked to include breakfast this was not shown on confirmation. Either Expedia or hotel not showing the correct package. "
