Room was clean and spacious the staff were amazing locked myself out our room a few times they were so helpful. fab restaurant at the hotel have amazing bar and waiting staff always helpful good food with brilliant selection of drinks would highly recommend and if ever go back will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay with the Metroplitan Boutique Hotel. Our first family visit to Krakow. The hotel was impeccable and staff were first class. From our welcome gift on arrival to the friendly checkout, everything was thoughtful, and we loved our stay. This was our first time in Kraków, and for anyone who prefers not to stay right in the heart of the city, the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel is an ideal base. It’s very easy to reach from the airport train — less than five minutes’ walk from the station — and perfectly located for exploring Kazimierz, while still being close enough to stroll into the city centre. The staff, rooms and food were all first‑class, and we’d happily (and very likely will) stay here again on our next trip to Poland.

Very helpful staff, many things to do around the hotel. 10 minutes walk from old town square. I am not a TV person, but I do like to watch movies from time to time and they don't have smart tv's inside the rooms, not a big deal, but I believe that would be a good improvement. Other than that, my stay was great.

It is a great hotel, centrally located for trams, city central square and jewish quarter in easy walking distance. The hotel lovely and clean and housekeeping was very good. Staff very helpful. polite and always with a smile and a greeting. The buffet breakfast was excellent worth the money and the restuarant was very good. There is a small gym which I used several times. I liked the idea of water machines on each floor to save buying bottled water to take to the room. If I return to Krakow I will stay there again.
