"This hotel is great. The location is brilliant, a nice easy stroll into the centre of Krakow and near to the river and the castle. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The whole hotel felt very clean and calm with very good facilities."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store downstairs and it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Room is fine for 3 but would be too cramped for 4 unless two were kids. Sofa bed is comfortable, main bed and bathroom were great. "

"Brilliant for what I needed, great value for money and a comfortable, spacious room in a great area. Only a short walk to the Barbikan by the city wall, no more than a 5-10 min walk to the old town centre & under 15 mins to the main train station. Would definitely stay again. "
