The staff were fabulous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel very welcome!
The room was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. Its location is perfect for a short walk into Krakow.
We look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend this place anyone visiting Krakow. โ
โThe room was super cozy and clean, recently renovated. The residence is near the city center, just 10 minutes with the tram. I especially loved the fact that in my room there was a spiral notebook with all the necessary information for my stay and suggestions for restaurants, pizzerias etc (I went to DaGrasso pizzeria in front of the residence and pizza was scrumptious). Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. If for any reason you need an elevator, there is none (as far as I know)....
โThe door to the hotel is so unassuming that i thought i had come to the wrong place when arriving there. Hotel is new and very clean. Our room was a bit unusual as it only had a very little window on the wall, but it did have two skyline windows so we did have a lot of light in the room. I chose standard room since it said to have more room than superior room which i thought was odd, but the room was very nice and clean. not very spacious, but enough to move around. Cleaning came every day even...

โHotel Logos is an excellent place to stay. Good, up to date, designed in a modern style hotel. Very spacious bathroom with all facilities. Fridge with drinks available in the room. Good beds and pillows. Very and helpfull staff. Breakfast very nice and divers. Stayed here with family 3 days and absolutely enjoyed every minute of the stay!โ
โThey kept my suitcase at their office while I went around for sightseeing after checkout.
When I pickup my suitcase, I could use toilet and fulfill my water bottle with their water machine.โ
โThe hotel staff are great, and they cleaned promptly everyday, The restaurant connected to the hotel serves delicious Italian Mediterranean Polish food. This hotel is a real special treat. โ
