“just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good”

“Beautiful apartment, view of the Wawel Castle from our skylights, located in a beautiful park, easy to walk to the castle or to old town and the Jewish district is fairly close too. I cant think of a better location. I wanted to give this 5 stars, and the only thing keeping me from it, is the air conditioning would not cool. They did send a technician, out who was friendly, but said there was nothing he could do, he didn't have access to the boiler (our understanding thru google translate). The...

“The property excellent, room was very clean, location can not be better , air conditioning was fine according to Europe. The only problem the coffee machine was not working by the second day but that was not a problem, because there are plenty of cafes around the hotel. You can walk to the raynek , to the train station , Wawel castle ,getto. Is in the second floor no lift , not for people with mobility problems.I would definitely stay again. ”

“너무나 만족한 숙박 , 고풍스럽고 멋진 숙소였습니다. 올드타운이라 가깝고 식당, 쇼핑등 모든게 만족했습니다. 주차장이 없고, 엘리베이타가 없는게 단점이기 하지만 그모든 단점을 잊을정도로 숙소 좋았고 직원도 친절했습니다.부엌, 식기. 화장실등 모든게 고급스럽고 넓어서 좋았습니다.”

“We had a spacious room in an two story appartment on the fourth floor (no elevator). No AC, but a fan was provided and moscito neting on the windows helped to have some breeze in the room. We were greeted with a nice goody bag - nice touch by the home owner. The shared bathroom and kitchen (with the use of fridge and other utilities) were clean and convenient. Parking was a bit hard as this is a busy residential area. ”

“The accommodation is great and the wine bar and staff is an excellent addition, the area is in good walking distance from the busy part of town, however if you are a light sleeper you will be disturbed by the noise made by tram's that pass at the end of the road.”

“Just returned from a two night break staying at Aparthotel Delta Boutique. Fantastic place, very clean, modern rooms. Correspondence with reception prior to arrival was superb, giving us all information needed to get into building and room on our arrival. Location was brilliant with many bars and eateries close by. We had never been to Krakow before, will definitely return and stay here again 😊”

“Check in and check out really easy. Didn't have breakfast but same price as in town. Hot tub amazing, as was benefit of hot tub. Would be useful to have another bed side cabinet, but guess hard to find as specific colour design and type of furniture for room. Extra rail in bathroom would be useful for bath towel to hand after use. Overall would recommend as location to town and station spot on”

“This is in a great location, a short walk from the square and close to absolutely everything, yet still remaining down a quiet street. We went in April so a little out of the busy season. “Lovely place, great location, helpful staff, a few noises from the street but i liked that. Ill stay again if/when i return to Krakow. They printed my bus onward bus ticket without the blink of an eye and left me in the vompany of s cuddly psnda for 3 nights. I felt blessed. Good people!!!”

“숙소가 오래되어서 엘리베이터가 없고 트램이 지나갈 때마다 지진이 난 것처럼 흔들렸어요. 하지만 메인광장 및 바벨성과 가까운 등 접근성이 만족스러워요. 직원이 실수를 하기도 했지만 바로잡는 것이 오래걸리지 않았고, 남자 직원은 짐을 들어주고 택시를 불러주는 등 편의를 위해 노력해주었습니다.”

“Hotel was ok, it was the sister hotel to the spratz aparthotel, which when we went to was lovely. It was in a good area of the Jewish quarter near the square with moomoo and Ariel on. The cafe downstairs was lovely food was delicious especially the cakes!! Room was ok, we wasn’t in it really other than to sleep, but it was clean and had everything you needed. The only bad thing about it was the pillows in the bed, they were not good. Other than that it was fine. Cash machine/exchange literally...

“When I arrived at the hotel late (I had messaged ahead to say what time I would arrive) there was no answer when I pressed the buzzer. I phoned them and was let in by a member of staff who apologised for having fallen asleep. My room was very close to the desk which wasn’t ideal because I could hear other guests moving around and arriving, but I have to say everytime I passed there was not a member of staff there. The biggest problem I had at this hotel was other guests being noisy, although...
