Nice apartment with everything you need for a city break. Excellent on site basement wine bar and restaurant - breakfast was great with a nice choice to suit all tastes. Handy location for the tram and only a short walk to the main square.

The accommodation is great and the wine bar and staff is an excellent addition, the area is in good walking distance from the busy part of town, however if you are a light sleeper you will be disturbed by the noise made by tram's that pass at the end of the road.

The apartment was very nice - had everything we needed. Comfy beds. The weather was very warm while we were there and just be aware that the pigeons like to tap dance on the metal roof below the apartment which can be heard if the windows are open!

Great accommodation. Really clean. Good location. About a 15 min walk to old town but tram stop just round the corner that takes you straight to the edge of the old town. Nice and quiet. Definitely recommend. Communication great as well and really helpful. Will stay there again.

My partner and I loved the wine apartment (12) it was clean and modern and had everything you needed in there to make the stay comfortable. To be picky the bathroom tap was a bit loose but other than that lovely. 15 min walk to the square and 30 seconds to the nearest shop. Highly recommend

Lovely apartment decor was nice Room on small side but ok with everything you need for a few days. Unfortunately beds were very squeaky everytime you turned it squeaked

Fabulous stay!

The apartment was fabulous - cosy, warm, comforting, kitchen essentials. The only thing missing was a toaster. We had to be up and out early for breakfast when a toaster would mean we could spend an extra hour relaxing. The apartment was about 15 mins walk from the Old Town but there was a tram line at the end of the road. The Wine Garage bar underneath was welcoming and cheap for drinks. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for Five nights with husband and two children. Apartment was lovely, very clean and had everything you could need. A little walk from the main square but made it nice and quiet and not too far at all, easy to navigate into the centre. Lovely wine bar downstairs, very welcoming staff. The taxi we booked to the airport broken dish on a main road, very stressful with children and not knowing the language well, in a sheer panic and no bolts in the area we called the apartments…wow they went out of there way to order and pay up from for us a taxi, helped locate where we were and the taxi collected us and brought to the airport. They didn’t need to help but went above and beyond. Apartments have a super easy code system to get in, felt very safe and secure. Few shops within a very short walk so supplies. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Lovely stay at this apartment

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. 20 minutes walk to the main square.we were on the 3rd floor Clean towels and body wash was provided . The apartment could do with a few more utensils for kitchen area. These were not in the apartment. Fish slice ,bottle opener , can opener, basin for sink to wash dishes and dish towel no toaster so we dry fried our bread. Wooden spoon for stirring. The bed was very comfortable,fans in living room and bedroom. would stay again

Pleasant stay

Pleasant stay at the wine apartments. Access is through a code which you use to get in the main door and then into your apartment. There isn't a check-in desk so unclear how this would work if the code didn't function! Apartment was well-equipped but could have been cleaner.

Not matching expectations

Hotel room was covered with dust every where, staff from other guests (socks, towels, food in the fridge) left in the room, washbasin and tap in the bathroom were broken, no air conditioning, was quite hot. Street is next to the tram line, was noisy because of the tram. Parking is public on the street and sometimes we had to park few blocks away, as no space was available. Several food stores were in the neighbourhood and walking distance to the city center was manageable. Instructions how to get to the property and the room were sent on time and in advance.

Appartement très propre situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur N7. Très bien placé moins de 15 minutes du centre ville à pieds. De nombreuses places de stationnement autour de l'immeuble. 4 PLN par heure payant entre 10h et 22h. Super communication avec Tadeusz, très reactif. Les accessoires de cuisine pourraient être améliorés : grille pain, balai pour nettoyer...passoire...pour le reste nous avons passé un très bon sejour, appartement chaud malgré de fortes chutes de neige. A RECOMMANDER

Apartament czysty i w bardzo dobry stanie. Lokalizacja dobra- 15 minut spacerem do Starego Rynku. Wyposażenie OK. Jedyny minus to brak klimatyzacji - w czasie naszego pobytu było +30*C w ciągu dnia wieć noce były róznież bardzo gorące, więc przy braku klimatyzacji nie dało się spać. Poza tym obsługa rewelacyjna, śniadania jeszcze lepsze.

Our first trip to Krakow and could not have been any happier. Even though there is no front desk, it was simple to access our room with no issues. The property was clean and perfect distance to the city; everything within walking distance. A very good place to stay that is not expensive.

Fräscht hotell med gångavstånd till centrum. Dock var det svårt att gå första biten till stan pga vägarbete. Väldigt nära till mataffär, restauranger, bussar och park.

Oikein viihtyisä ja tilava huoneisto. Pieniä lisukkeita, kuten shampoota, tops-puikkoja tai sellaisia ei ollut, sellainen pää ja vartalo pesuneste sekä vettä oli tarjolla. Olimme vain viikonlopun ja omasta ajattelemattomuudesta unohtui tarkentaa uloskirjautuminen ja sähköpostien vastauksessa hieman kesti. Uloskirjautuminen oli siis kello 10 ja lentomme lähti vasta illalla kello 22. Kohtelias henkilölunta sai järjestettyä asiat niin, että saimme säilyttää paria pientä laukkuamme lukkojen takana.

Het enige minpuntje was het sobere ontbijt. Hoewel er geen receptie was, kon je voor alle vragen telefonisch contact opnemen en werd alles gedaan om te helpen, bv. Om bagage op te slagen voor het vertrek...
