Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. "Beautiful hotel, newly built last year. Beautifully decorated in Albanian style and lots of Albanian pictures/artefacts etc on show. Room was very comfortable and a good size, shower was lovely. Breakfast was great, was made when we arrived in morning and brought out to us fresh. This included some hot Albanian foods, fruit, juice, coffee, cake. Lovely! Staff very friendly and helpful and the manager gave us a lift up to the town at night. Location great, just about 10 minute walk to bus...

"We were there for 8 days. The hotel was new and clean. The staff were freindly and helpful. It is an easy 20min walk to the promenade with excellent resturants and shops along the way. The one suprise was that it is not actually a beach-front hotel and doesn't own any umbrellas. The beach is a 5min walk away with umbrellas owned by two different hotels. You can rent the umbrellas for the day for €10-€15, cash only. Overall, a lovely stay."

Good choice in Qeparo

"Very good choice of hotel in Qeparo. Lots of steps to go the beach but if you can manage, it has a direct access to the beach and the boardwalk. The view is absolutely stunning and the breakfast was very good. There is parking available on-site for maybe 10-15 cars."

Spacious, clean, and quite

"Fantastic hotel, that fit our needs perfectly. We stayed in the very spacious 2 bedroom suite with a huge patio. The hotel is about a 40 min walk from the main promenade in the city, so a rental car is helpful if you don’t want to walk long distances. The location is much quieter than the main city, which suited us well. Several lovely restaurants around and also lots of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back. "
