Room was clean and had many items for use. Kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, refrigerator and washer and dryer. The pillows were hard but I think that is normal in Japan. Nice shower and accommodations were close by. Loved staying here and easy check in and check out process

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you opt out of every day cleaning, you recieve a 1000yen voucher to spend at the restaurant or gift shop, which was fun. There are free different flavor bath salts, and a self-serve bar and coffee mixing station. The room was huge, clean and has lots of bits to make you feel welcome and relaxed. We never heard any of our neighbors, and the bed & pillows were amazing. There were two ACs in the room, so yiu can keep the room cool or keep the balcony door open for warm sea air.
A bit of a shame that the pool closes at 6 (during the off season when we went), but that was the only downside.

가족 기념일을 위해서 예약한 숙소였고, 기대했던 만큼 깨끗한 객실, 객실에서 보이는 멋진 오션뷰, 잘 관리된 아름다운 정원, 인상적인 로비의 전경, 친절한 직원들에 대하여 아주 만족한 숙박이었습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던 점은 객실 내에서 나는 특이한 냄새가 고급호텔에 어울리는 냄새가 아니었어요.(저는 9층에 있는 오션뷰 룸에서 지냈습니다) 그리고 실내수영장 이용 시, 타올에서 너무 불쾌한 냄새가 났습니다. 이 부분만 보완되면 더욱 좋은 호텔이 될 수 있을 것 같습니다. 다음에 오키나와에 다시 간다면 또 이용하고 싶어요.
