Great location. It’s walkable very close to shopping and dining. Nice rooms. Just be informed there is no elevator. Reception staff and hou selling are friendly and helpful.

Dit is de ultieme plek om vanuit je hotelkamer uit te kijken over een groene vlakte en... het Tatra gebergte! Een hotel, stijl jaren 70'tig, ietwat gedateerd door gebrek aan lift en overvloedig vasttapijt. Maar de rust en het uitzicht vanuit de kamer, restaurant en terras, het vriendelijke personeel, zijn onbetaalbaar.

Veldig fornøyd.⁰

Er kjempefornøyd med oppholdet på hotel Helios. Har bodd der flere ganger og har ingenting å utsette på stedet. Liker meg veldig godt der og er veldig fornøyd med personalet, restauranten og rommet. Så her kommer jeg tilbake så sant det er plass. I tillegg er det veldig billig i perioder utenom helga, så her trives jeg.

Fantastisk bergsutsikt från rummet! Vi bodde på tredje våningen. Nära till centrum. Ingen hiss på hotellet! Vi fick ingen information om det när vi bokade. Frukost okej, rummet okej. Luktade lite skumt och var massa hår i duschen.

Comfortable Stay & Great Restaurant

The hotel is well situated. Although it's a little bit dated, we still had a comfortable stay there. The restaurant at the property is amazing. We sat down there and ate for several hours because it was raining outside. The price is excellent.

Could have been better.

Amazing unobstracted view of the mountains and great location just 10min away from centre. As for the hotel it would really need a makeover, it is very dated. But the most disappointed moment was when we arrived with 2 luggages each and the receptionest informed us that our rooms where on the 3rd floor and with a smile she told us that the hotel does not have left. So it was a struggle for 6 ladies to take our belongings 3 floors up. As for the restaurant we where on room only so can not comment.

I was with a group of 40 hillwalkers with my club, and stayed for 7 nights. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, obliging and helpful, and everything was made very easy for us. The food in the restaurant was fabulous - I would highly recommend it. The park setting and the location beside the city centre were ideal and it was great value. Overall, this was the best accommodation that our club has ever had in any of our trips abroad
