Great to have a pool right outside our balcony. Entertainment staff were great for kids and adults. Kids enjoyed kids club. Bar staff and range of drinks was excellent although cups of 250mil for a beer meant you had to order 2 at a time! Food in restaurant was good but it was the same for every lunch and dinner (bar a couple of sauce changes) so got a bit repetitive and we ate out a few days. Hotel in a great location for other restaurants and bars. Water park was fantastic for kids and adults. Would recommend staying here.

Absolutely! Here’s a polished review that highlights the positives while honestly explaining the “all-inclusive” meal schedule: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean, and arriving at the property was a great experience. The area was lively and exciting, with lots of activities and things to see and do. I would especially recommend this hotel for families with children. There are multiple pools, including a water area specifically for little kids, which makes it a great place for families looking for fun and entertainment. One thing to be aware of is that although the hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, the food is only available during designated meal times. Breakfast is served during breakfast hours, lunch during lunch hours, and dinner during dinner hours. Once those hours are over, there aren’t really food options available inside the resort. The good news is that you only have to walk a few steps outside the property to find plenty of restaurants and food options along the street. My biggest recommendation is simply to make sure you eat during the scheduled meal times if you plan to stay on the property. The food itself was actually one of my favorite parts of the stay! There were lots of options, everything we tried was delicious, and I genuinely really enjoyed the food here. The AC worked wonderfully, and our balcony overlooking the pool was beautiful and gave us a great view. One of our rooms did need a quick maintenance check, but the

Lovely stay

We had a lovely 2 night stay. We had a swim up room which was very nice. Room clean, bedding smelt very fresh. Buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner was very much the same but something for everyone. Kids loved the water park. My only downside is there wasn't any Aircon in the ajoining room with the 2 single beds and it did get rather hot in there at night. Very close to the airport and you can see planes land and take off.

The resort itself has a lot of potential, but the food is really disappointing. Every day the buffet is exactly the same, with very little variation and poor quality. This is a shame, especially considering the supposed experience of manager Jason at the à la carte restaurants. Despite promises to improve, nothing was done about it.

Nice hotel, average rooms.

The hotel is nice, the pools are all nice and clean. The food is actually pretty good for an all inclusive. Lots of options. The rooms however are not great. We had a family suite and having a babies cot in the room just took up so much space that we could hardly move. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and creaky. Could hear noises coming from neighbours rooms. There wasn't even any shower gel in the room. A couple of other points to note, pools towels were not available without leaving a deposit which is a bit crap really. The shuttle bus to the beach stopped running for a couple of days. Overall this is a nice all inclusive but some the rooms could do with upgrading.

Was lucky to have a nice clean room, others in my party had dismal tired family room. Overall cleanliness of hotel outdoors was grubby, outside bar and around food serving areas sticky underfoot with spillages. Food was adequate, variations of same food every day in the restaurant boring so ate out 3 times for variety. Some staff could be off hand and unhelpful. Will not be revisiting.

Dejlig familievenlig resort hvor det var muligt at holde børnene mætte og og underholdt hele tiden. Virkelig lækkert med WaterPark og samtidig også en masse andre pools man kunne hoppe i hvis man har brug for ro. Kan varmt anbefale stedet og har virkelig nydt de 10 dage med familien.

Stedet er desværre rimelig slidt og beskidt. Personalet er ikke serviceminded overhovedet. De eneste der kom tæt på Var dem der arbejdede i restauranten. Maden er så dårlig at det simpelthen er lige til at blive syg af. 2/2 børn fik ørebetændelse af poolen.

Amazing pool facilities for children and a variety of pools for everyone to choose from. Plenty of bars as well. Our room was very large and very clean but the bathroom needed upgrading. Other rooms in the hotel had newer bathrooms which were far better than ours. Also, we found the bed very uncomfortable. Food was very average.
