Be aware that the beach at Amboula is a sandy / stony mix and is also small. But the much larger sandy beaches at Tsilivi, Alykes and Alykanas are not too far away and it's a 45 mins car drive down to the lovely beaches at Kalamaki or St Nicholas.

Stick to the places on the beach for more relaxed and enjoyable experience. Casa Del Mar is great. The area of Lagunas is probably best for families with older teens to adults.

Wished there were public transportation bus During our stays in Spring mid-March 2025.
"Very friendly staff, clean hotel, lots of pools and nice rooms. Also good food with lots of selection and a great spa.
Only downsides are the entertainment, which didn't match the guests, and perhaps the price discrepancy that guest pays for room (2x difference regardless of the room)."
