“The Hotel is located in a remote area. Above all, Check in and pool security staffs are extremely friendly. Unfortunately, The bar & restaurant TAPAS is under renovation which means closed for the time being, so Hotel arranges one big tent as an alternative. We booked a room with half-board, but food items are limited and not an international meal menu. If a family wants to stay with a good view with silent, maybe this hotel is good for it because there is limited activity at night.”

“لن أقوم بالحجز على العرين من خلال اكسبيديا لأنكم غير مناسبين للحجز من خلالكم”

“Clean spacipus rooms”

“Overall, this was one of, if not the worst experiences I have had with a hotel/resort. I do not recommend at all. Most of the property and the amenities are not well maintained. For the most part, the staff were helpful and reaponsive. They were doing their best to keep things running, but the resort is way overdue for an upgrade. The AC of the kitchenette area and the downstairs bwdroom was not working. The toilets smell like swege. The furniture and beds have clear signs of wear and...

“Perfect for family quality time! Plenty of things to do for children and for adults too! The only thing I didn’t like: animals in cages.. I think it’s absolutely unnecessary and inhumane.”

“Quality of hotel is fine, and room is clean and comfortable. But service mind of staff seems very poor. Why hotel reception is taking customers passport and keep it during stays? Passport is the only ID for the travellers, and must be with customers!! not with hotel reception. I've never seen a hotel takes customers passport for security reason. ”

“스태프들은 굉장히 친절했습니다. 다만 숙소가 좀 오래되었다보니 쾌적하지는 않았습니다. ”

“Better than i expected . New modern rooms and nice swimming pool. Definitely will come back .”

“Kind service and very nice rooms and amenities would recommend.”

“호텔은 깔끔하고 만족합니다. 조식은 이용하지 않아서 잘 모르겠구요.. 주변환경이 별로네요. 호텔말고는 딱히 별게 없어요.”
