Victoria Falls in March. Gorgeous and powerful.
The so-called ‘flight of angels’ is undoubtedly the most breath-taking way to see the magnificent Victoria Falls in all their glory, and to get those picture postcard panoramic photos you have always dreamed of. This is also a great way to see the Zambezi River as it leads up to the Falls, as well as the formation of the spectacular gorges that are carved out below.

You can also take a microlight or a helicopter ride over the Falls. The extended flight covers not only the Falls but also Batoka Gorge, the Zambezi River and the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. There are wing-mounted cameras and a dvd of the pictures can be purchased after you land. The microlights can be booked for either 15 minute or 30 minute trips. This is the most personal way to view the Falls from the air, with just the qualified pilot and one client per aircraft.

All flights leave from Maramba Aerodrome in Livingstone and are at the Falls within about a minute.
