Very good location. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and sites. Parking garage under hotel was easy to manage. However was difficult to find side street from main street. The hotel staff was very friendly. Allowed us to check in early. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable, very lumpy pillow. Thin walls, was able to hear neighbors on both sides of the wall. An electrical outlet in the bathroom was dangling out of the wall. But in general very nice and fancy looking hotel. Breakfast wasn’t worth the cost but convenient.

Disliked: Room comfort
Great potential for improvement.
The hotel is very well located, close to everything you want to experience. 👍
The breakfast was… well, just a breakfast – nothing surprising!
Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit neglected, with worn-out furnishings and extremely hard beds.
A suggestion for improvement: don’t place business travelers and vacationers next door to each other – we have different daily rhythms and needs. Try to place these different groups on separate floors or at least well apart.
My stay was great. Comfortable, clean, and each room is its own work of art.

Hotel perhaps a little dated & view was of a building site which was noisy, no air conditioning, but staff were very nice and location was brilliant.
I recently stayed at HOTEL GOYA and was impressed by its spacious rooms, which are a rarity for European hotels. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, making it feel like home.
Beatrice at the front desk was incredibly helpful; when I encountered an issue with my room, she quickly arranged for a change without any hassle.
Additionally, the hotel’s location is perfect, within walking distance to all notable landmarks. I highly recommend HOTEL GOYA for its comfort, excellent service, and convenient location!
Older property in a great condition, our rooms were big very comfortable, the breakfast was really good the location is superb. For the price I can’t find anything to complain about it’s just well priced and worth it. Zaragoza is very beautiful. Glad we decided to stay 2 nights here as there are plenty to see just at walking distance. Definitely stay here!!
During my visit the hotel seemed lightly occupied. There is major construction happening adjacent to the back half of the hotel. Construction hours were 7am to 10pm throw days I visited. I wasn't bothered my the construction noise too much. It was a surprise to me that they didn't relocate us to the other side of the hotel since the hotel was not anywhere near even half occupancy. Again the noise did not bother me but many of the views the past couple weeks have been terrible because of the construction noise. I think the hotel would have done themselves a favor by simply moving people to the other side of the hotel away from the construction noise if rooms were available.

Hotel in good location but need full refurbishment
The hotel is really pretty and has an old Spanish feel. The problem is the construction going on behind the hotel that starts at 8am until 9pm. The noise levels were ridiculous! The hotel is in a perfect location and I would go back but that construction made for a poor experience.

Need to update facility. No shampoo, no lotion and hair conditioner as as well as no air dryer. Bathrooms need remodeling.
This hotel is having some sort of building work throughout the night. Reception denied this but myself, colleagues and other guest all complained as we were unable to sleep. It sounds as though some demolition work is taking place. Avoid.
Having booked the hotel for a business trip we were very dissapointed with the hotel. The room was over the street with a significant amount of noise during the night both from the hallway and road. I was woken up at least 5 times in the night not to mention the bed which felt like sleeping on a block of wood. The hotel needs significant investment to refresh. After complaining to the hotel and asking to cancel my last night stay the front desk were less than helpful 'If i could I would' was the response then referred me to hotel.com. When I contacted hotel.com they were helpful but the front desk continued to be rude and refused to refund the stay - the only reason for cancelling being the poor quality sleep for the prior 2 nights !! Two other men checking out the same time spoke up that it was the 'worst night sleep at a hotel they have ever had' ...
