"Good location. Easy parking. Helpful reception staff. My room was sandwiched between a large group of teens attending a sporting event. They were loud and I would not have slept had the man at reception not found me an alternative room. I am very grateful to him and, as a result of my move, I had a great sleep. They also apologised during checkout, which I appreciated"
