“It has very nice lake view at every rooms.
Located at quite area.
Amenity is provided including kitchenware, microwave, etc
But no housekeeping service even I requested.
I don't understand about it.
They only bring out garbage and nothing more.”

“The hotel sits right on the beautiful resort promenade of Pörtschach. Clients have the privilege to have easy access to stroll around the lake with beautiful gardens and turquoise waters.
Breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of everything that one can think of for breakfast.
Room was clean with nice view and private balcony.
Staff were super friendly and helpful including restaurant staff who offered first class service throughout our evening meals and breakfast.”
