The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. It's easily walkable to all major attractions in Zermatt, at least in summer when I visited. There is no AC, but leaving a window open was comfortable in early September.

This property is amazing! Beautiful in every way. The room was very well equipped and spotless clean. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. I couldn’t imagine having a better experience anywhere else in Zermatt. Of the four hotels we visited in Switzerland, this hotel is far superior to any of the others. My only wish is thst i could have stayed there longer!

Location is good, inside is good, but I was very disappointed with the service provided. Room position was bad , room was on the ground and vie was terrible: we were looking at the garbage container. Room wax dark , no light from outside . Nobody cleaned our room or take dirty cups and garbage!!! Room was not cheap and we deserved better conditions for the money we paid.
