Hotel with friendly staff, the room was tidy and spacious, breakfast was delicious too! Unfortunately I had only a one night stay - not enough time to explore the wellness facilities. Definitely many reasons to come back ..

Merita il viaggio!

Ottima esperienza e massima gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Colazioni e cene deliziose. Camere sileziose, pulite, non manca nulla. Ottimo servizio spa. Unica pecca è che nonostante il divieto ci sono i bambini e trasformano il tutto in un acqua park. Sono favorevole ai bambini, meno ai genitori poco rispettosi verso gli altri ospiti. Ottimo punto di riferimento per i soggiorni. Complimenti

Arrivato il venerdì pomeriggio e purtroppo ripartito il sabato mattina perché la bimba aveva la febbre alta. Per quel poco che sono stato mi sono trovato davvero bene!

Fint hotell med lekkert design.

Veldig delikat hotell med mange fine detaljer. Frokosten var god, men vi fikk ikke sitte hvor vi ville. Det virket som det var en slags rangering av gjester. Vi måtte flytte oss etter at vi hadde satt oss uten at vi helt forsto hvorfor. Bordene var ikke merket på noen slags måte så vi kunne ikke vite at vi gjorde en feil.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind größten Teil schon alle renoviert. Aber auch die älteren Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Quiet location, great dinner

Very nice staff. We had 2 dinners there. They only have set dinner, choice of 2 but very delicious, especially the salad bar. Breakfast was good but only has one warm dish, eggs. The staff don't really replenish food when they are out. It's good so there's no waste but when it's still an hour away from breakfast end time & you empty bread baskets & empty trays it's not good feeling. Eating left overs when it's still an hour left is not nice. Double rooms are VERY small. 2 adults literally can't walk pass each other. Bathroom can only fit one person at a time. We realized the nice pictures online are from apartments & family suits. For over 100 euros, it's bit too small. No fridge or hot water kettle in the room. Bed is too hard for us. We woke up with backaches. All would still be fine if it wasn't for 2 incidents: 1. We came back one afternoon & found our door wide open. Cleaning staff had forgotten to close the door after she's done. Our bags, laptop were all laying there. Luckily nothing was stolen. Except a bottle of drink which the cleaning staff brought it back later. ??? 2. The bedsheets were not changed the 1st 2 days. Not sure why. A chocolate stain was still there after 2 nights. They make the beds but didn't give clean sheets. The hotel has arranged activities guests can join because it's the high season. The restaurant is nice. The sauna & indoor pool was great! Except the drinking water is always empty.

Fehlende Gastfreundschaft

Wir haben auf der Durchreise nur eine Nacht im Hotel Nele verbracht und waren wirklich enttäuscht von der Freundlichkeit und dem Service. Da wir schon spät dran waren wollten wir gerne im Hotel zu Abend essen. Man erklärte uns dass dies nicht möglich sei, weil der Raum mit den Halbpension Gästen schon voll besetzt ist. Dabei stand der Gastraum daneben leer! Haben wir in der Form noch nirgends erlebt. Wir sind dann halt Pizza essen gegangen...
