"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

"We liked the privacy. Jesús and Lucy were very recpetive to our needs. We could walk everywhere from Suites La Fe and picking up a taxi was really easy! We are able to witness the Guelaguetza festival and head back to the room for a rest in a well soundproofed room.
