Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schöne Kurzurlaube. In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verändert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-Abläufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. Beim vorletzten Aufenthalt gab es bereits Probleme mit unangenehmem Geruch im Zimmer (vermutlich Lüftung), der trotz Meldung nicht behoben...

"The check in experience was poor - they don’t bother to offer proper instructions for the front desk that is located away from the actual hotel. Moreover - they don’t bother to pickup calls at the front desk. Poor experience and poor communication. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Good location. Just their concept of supporting customers is way off - set your expectations low."

"The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture. "

"Beim Einchecken an der Rezeption war die Dame sehr freundlich (das war auch die einzige am gesamten Aufenthalt). Das Zimmer hat gestunken (die Abflüsse). Auf den ersten Blick sah es sauber aus, aber z.B. unter der Couch war es mehr als dreckig. Dafür das man knapp 65€ für die Reinigung zahlen muss. Ist es mehr als ärgerlich! Es ist alles in der Nähe was man benötigt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant, Wechselstube bei Bedarf ecta.ist vor Ort. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, steht gerne bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Schade das der Weg zum Strand etwas weit ist, man benötigt min. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Swinemünde ist herrlich, wir würden wieder kommen. "
