โWe really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others and stay here again. All the staff were so helpful and polite and didnโt hesitate to help when we had a small problem. The apartment itself was very clean, luxurious and mostly very spacious, particularly lots of bedroom storage. The only small criticism was that the shower room was tiny but this didnโt really impact us that much as everything else was so wonderful! Also, it was in a great location, 5 min walk to the metro...

โThe swimming pool is very clean and excellent. The hotel's location is also great. However, the level of customer service seems to be lacking. In particular, the porter seemed quite displeased, possibly because he didn't receive a tip. When I was trying to take a taxi, he disappeared without helping me with my luggage.

โSo cozy and very comfotable. Especially location is perfect. Just next to the opera house. I asked the taxi service to the hotel from the airport because my flight delayed 12 hours . They gave me a good service. I was so happy and safe.If i come back to Budapest, i will stay here again. Thank you. โ
