“I did not stay here the hotel manager was very rude and disrespectful. ”

Par contre, une partie de cette chambre n’était pas fermée, donc le bruit de la réception et la fraîcheur de la nuit étaient un petit irritant. La nuit, il faisait froid dans les chambres! Un excellent déjeuner est inclus, et servi sur une terrasse directement avec vue sur le lac, un gros wow! Les employés étaient très gentils et serviables. ”

Axwell was amazing, he escorted us to our apartment and helped with our luggage and was available through text before and during our arrival to help with questions and to coordinating our stay. “This spot was booked for our honeymoon. The lake town is vibrant and full of energy. We loved this establishment because it captured the beauty of the lake while allowing us to enjoy our time away from all the noise. The staff here made us feel fantastic and knowing they have a restaurant on site where all the staff get to know your name was fantastic. We went from town to town after our stay here and I wish we stayed in this hotel for the whole time. ”

“The room was not only clean, but had a spectacular view and was so comfortable. Staff was so nice and accommodating. One of the best parts about our stay was the included breakfast and the dinner (not included) which was delicious! We thought we’d explore the island more for dinner but ended up eating at El Picnic because it was just that good. Gaby is an amazing hostess and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed as well. Thanks for a great stay that we will always remember!”
