"Clean room, lovely shower, comfortable bed. Poor amenities - 1 tea bag - decaf, no milk, asked for more and it took 45 mins to be given just 1 extra tea bag and a jug of milk. Check in to room was not available on time. Would not stay here again for the price! "

"Great location near the train station to visit Cinque Terre. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and good breakfast buffet. We stayed before we went and stayed a few nights in Monterosso and then stayed another night before taking the train to Naples on the way to Sorrento. Very convenient and clean!"

"We stayed in Cinque Terre and wanted a place that wasn't totally quiet (Corniglia) or super busy (Montarosso), so settled on Riomaggiore and glad we booked this place. The walk up the hill is a bit inconvenient, but the friendly service was amazing. Enrico spent time with us when we checked in, going thru where to hike, helping us get the Cinque Terre card, plus there is daily complimentary breakfast 8a-10a which was awesome - I got my yogurt and oats, prosciutto and cheese sandwich (the bread is fantastic), and croissants and other pastries, not to mention the espressos and teas and juices, and fruits! Highly recommend for the breakfast and kindness. You probably won't get the same kind of help, kindness and attention in other areas or other hotels. It made our stay 10/10."

"A lovely place and Rebecca was very friendly and helpful. She kept in contact without being intrusive and obviously cares that her guests have a pleasant stay. 100/10 for the sunset views - it is a true westerly view from the balcony. Be aware that the town elevator close to the property is currently out of order so there was quite a climb to the property. I don't say that to be negative, I stand by the 5 stars overall, just be aware because one reason to book this property was the elevator close by. If you're a light sleeper I also recommend ear plugs as the noise from the railway does carry and the announcements continue throughout the night."

"Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find. Very clean AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold. We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp. Bed is a very firm mattess. "
