Friendly staff, very convenient location

I absolutely loved this place, so much so I extended my stay not once but twice! I would have been happy to never leave. The location is fantastic. The only downside was the totally unnecessary Buddha bar type disco and MC in the outside patio restaurant, which was so out of keeping with the sublime surroundings. I used to go to the original Buddha bar in Paris 30 years ago, but I do not want this in a beautiful sleepy lakeside hotel while on holiday. I also felt for the people whose rooms were on the front with the noise every night. Whoever brainchild those did not understand the hotels unique charm. I would leave the property in the evenings, take a walk and eat elsewhere else to avoid it. Thankfully my room was in the back.

Very convenient to many dining and shopping and transportation options

Everything was wonderful! Conveniently located for multiple events in Geneva, staff was very helpful and informative, and the room was great. Highly recommend!

The absolute finest service I have ever experienced in all of my years! Our stay was so perfect we have booked the hotel for next year. The attention to our needs as well as every detail was far and above any expectation imaginable. Special thanks to Aderina, Massi, Alexandre, and the fabulous Heni!
