Jamaica Adults Only Vacations

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Everything was wonderful, from the beach to the pool to the staff. We wanted to relax and have no cares or worries for the week, and that’s what exactly what we were able to do!

When I arrived on the 1st day, around 1030am, the breakfast was cold and most of the cooked food, bread and croissants were dry and tough. However, lunch and dinner were excellent

Room and amenities were great. The staff was the best, their customer friendly. The only problem we had was the room and the security pass to the room wasn’t working and they were rude when we needed assistance for that part. But the overall experience was amazing.

Overall I enjoyed the beautiful property, my room was gorgeous, and the swim up bar was pretty awesome too. However, the property was huge and some of the main elevators were down during most of my stay. I had to walk to an elevator that was working or take the stairs to the 6th floor. Even if I walked to a working elevator it felt like a half a mile. The amenities say you get a bottle of spirits each day of your stay. When I noticed my spirits was not replenished the next day I called the desk to be told it is a one time deal. Disappointing but the all-inclusive made that better.

A large piece of tile fail of the swim up bar and smashed my foot. RAU didn’t seem to be real concerned with the situation

Beautiful property, most of the staff are absolutely amazing... but due to the few inconveniences we had we will not be back to this couples.... we will stick with Negril and swept away, hopefully they are still as we remember . Still 5 star but dropped the ball on us this stay. Probably more my luck , then the norm.
