Room was always cleaned staff was sooooo pleasant. Shuttle was on time for pickup and drop off. I highly recommend this hotel. Not only that you have access to the other two riu if you choose to stay at the palace which is a plus. Had a wonderful time!!!!

Close to airport. Beach is not awesome. Pools are nice. Bathroom set up in room is awkward and not very private. Dining staff very friendly especially Jerman. Rooms are clean. Nice balcony.
