Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. There is no Uber here! Also - the pictures are a lie! The “resort” is right in a campground. The dinner buffet is really your only choice as there is nothing around. Our room was not clean, we saw bugs. Had I known I would not have booked here.
