No room service, door at the bathroom not closing properly, no view at all, ( the view was in front of a wall), terrible mattress, very small room, too high the price for the condition they provided.

My rating would have been excellent but the elevatora weren’t working in our last day. Walkinf up 5 flts of ataira was not fun. However, the hotel did give us a credit for the inconvenience.

Lobby is beautiful and iconic. Room was okay, a bit dated. Bottled water was available. Beds are comfortable, good sheets. Staff were incredibly nice and friendly. Was hoping to order a bloody mary after a long night out (at around 10 am) and wasn't available till noon. For the price point, I don't know if I will stay there again.
