The staff were very friendly, and the environment was peaceful and relaxing. The beaches felt exclusive, with fewer crowds, making it ideal for a quiet getaway. However, sea sports activities were limited. There were also quite a number of staircases, which may be challenging for those with weak knees, families with strollers, or wheelchair users.

Great breakfast and dinner options as there are several restaurants.
There was ample laundry facility on each floor and the beach was kept clean and organised. There were many water activities too.
The animals were well taken care off.

I love the hotel but this time I hardly sleep because of the event outside. I wish the staff warn me about this or gave me a notice. I was up since 3am and didn’t sleep. The staff was kind enough to give me free breakfast and a box of chocolate but it didn’t make up for no-sleep!! I would have stay some place else !!
On the positive note, I got a cake for my birthday ! This Hotel is still the best place for shopping.

Slightly dated but spacious rooms on a very beautiful property! Decent buffet breakfast with lots of options. Helpful shuttle service to get around (note that you will need to take the shuttle or walk 15-20 mins to access the main road and/or your car in the parking lot). Beautiful views all around. Would be extra great for families with children!
