My family had a fantastic time here. The hotel is gorgeous, staff is polite, kind and courteous, and the buffet breakfast and dinner are out-of- this-world. I’ve never had Buffett this good in my life. The only negative was that you couldn’t really swim in the crystal clear beach water bc there were jellyfish. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

"Pool and gym were great, however staff were very rude. The transportation with the shuttle buses was terrible, at peak times we would wait 20 minutes to then not fit on a bus as other people would stampede each other to get on. Massive amount of Russian tourists, we were the only English speakers ..."
