He went above and beyond to help me sort out my reservation and made sure that my extended stay was properly approved with the agent. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
One small suggestion for the hotel: it would be wonderful to have halal food options on the breakfast menu
