The employees always helpful with a smile...I've stayed on and off between hyatt rosewood conrad and grand harbour for the last 10 years. Still for the convenience and value and high floor view still the best..

Best location to visit HK site seeing, shopping and fine Asian dining. Nice clean and beautiful spacious room; second time stay upgrade to a premium beautiful room, nice window views, also send us welcome Red wine bottle with Grapes and chocolate. Indeed very happy to stay with friendly staff to carry the luggage etc, and quick response to calls additional requests. Swimming pool is nice design but water is a bit chill to swim. Overall good fitness centre and swimming experience (not crowded at all). I ate breakfast every day. The food is plenty and variety. Food is fresh and delicious. Like the salad bars, and many delicious desserts. I like the Chinese noodles soup. Overall it is an excellent hotel experience. I will stay again if visiting HK again in the future. I appreciate all the friendly staff and assistant Managers to plan a second welcoming treat. I stayed in other nearby 5 Star Hotels before, I like the Longham the best!

Excellent location for convenience. Located in city center and best is the hotel is connected to the shopping mall with a walkway and access to the subway, food court and restaurants and supermarket all without having to be outdoor. Clean and staffs are all very friendly

Large clean room. Great location close to the water. Large buffet breakfast. Plenty of dining options nearby. Korean restaurant Street is an 8 minute walk.
