We loved this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with lots pf variety.
The pool was clean and warm. They also have a small sauna.
The only problem we encountered was a rude staff at the restaurant who accused us of taking food for the room because we had a covered sandwich for a family member who was coming late.
The supervisor was informed and dealt with the situation while apologizing.

Decent location and modern hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. The rooms are relatively simple but with stunning views of the Andes whilst the rooftop bar/restaurant is ok.

We had a wonderful stay at NH Santiago and were really impressed with the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the location made it an easy and convenient stop during our trip.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, and our room was spacious and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the fitness center, which was nicely equipped and much better than we expected.
Breakfast was excellent, and overall the hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago.
